The Sacred Spiral is a yearlong mentorship and apprenticeship for the woman who has experienced transformation through somatic, breath, and prayer-based work — and now feels called to deepen her practice by learning how to hold space and share her gifts with others.
Over twelve months, you’ll move from personal embodiment into professional integration — exploring how your unique expression, voice, and relationship with God can shape your work as a facilitator, teacher, or creative guide.
This experience bridges devotion and skill. It’s where faith meets facilitation, and where your story, healing, and artistry become tools to serve and inspire others.

4 Monthly Mentorship & Training Sessions a Month (Live on Zoom)
Advanced Somatic & Nervous System Education to strengthen your confidence and attunement as a space holder
Practice Teaching & Supervised Facilitation Hours to embody your voice and refine your craft
Creative Process Labs to explore poetry, prayer, and movement as pathways for expression.

CERTIFICATION
Upon completion, participants receive certification under The EMBODYMIND Method to facilitate somatic breathwork and meditation.
This certification recognizes advanced study in somatic facilitation, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practice, & breathwork and meditation.Â

Format: Live Virtual Sessions + Recorded Replays
Investment: $20,000 Paid in Full or $1,800/month Payment Plan
